Caroline Rasher - Finance Manager

As our finance manager, Caroline oversees the financial health of the firm. She makes sure that HLA has the financial strength needed to expand expertise and focus on client service. Since joining the HLA team in 2002, Caroline has served as an administrative assistant, office manager and now finance manager.

Her duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and financial reporting. She also provides support to the A&A department.

A Frederick native, Caroline now lives in Gettysburg with her husband and three kids. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading and spending time with her cats.
